Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 2026

Welcome to Nova Global Influence.
These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using our website and the general framework for collaborations coordinated by Nova Global Influence (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
Specific collaborations are subject to separately agreed written terms. Submitting an enquiry or application does not create a confirmed booking, payment obligation or entitlement to participate.
1. About Nova Global Influence
Nova Global Influence coordinates collaborations between creators, public figures and tourism partners, including tourism organisations, airlines, airports, hotels, resorts and travel experience providers.
Our work may include creator selection, partner introductions, itinerary coordination, content briefs, publication schedules and reporting.
The scope of our services and the responsibilities of each participant are confirmed for each project.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to:
  • Use the website lawfully and responsibly.
  • Provide accurate information when submitting forms or contacting us.
  • Submit information on behalf of another person or organisation only when authorised.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Not interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
  • Not use the website for fraudulent, misleading or harmful activities.
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security threats.
3. Applications and Project Approval
Creator applications and partnership enquiries are reviewed according to project suitability, audience relevance, availability and partner requirements.
Submitting an application or joining our creator network does not guarantee:
  • Acceptance into a particular project.
  • A minimum number or frequency of collaborations.
  • Complimentary flights, accommodation or other services.
  • Approval of a preferred destination, date or accompanying traveller.
Participation is confirmed only after the relevant parties have agreed to the project arrangements in writing.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Participation by accompanying children requires arrangements agreed with their parent or legal guardian.
4. Project Agreements
Before a project is confirmed, the relevant written agreement or project confirmation should specify:
  • The participating creators and partners.
  • Dates, destinations and the proposed programme.
  • Services provided by each partner.
  • Our coordination responsibilities.
  • Organisational fees, payment terms and additional expenses.
  • Content formats, quantities, publication deadlines and partner mentions.
  • Reporting requirements and available performance statistics.
  • Any content approval process, usage rights or exclusivity.
  • Conditions for changes, cancellations and refunds.
Written confirmation may be provided through a contract, an accepted proposal or a clear exchange of emails or messages.
Where these general terms conflict with expressly agreed project terms, the project terms take precedence, subject to mandatory applicable law.
5. Organisational Fees and Partner Contributions
Under our standard collaboration model, tourism partners are not charged an organisational fee for our coordination services. Our coordination work is funded through organisational fees paid by participating creators.
The creator’s fee, currency, payment schedule and scope of service are communicated before commitment. Applying through our website does not itself incur a fee.
The absence of an organisational fee for a tourism partner does not mean participation involves no cost or contribution. Partners may agree to provide flights, accommodation, meals, transfers, activities or other services in exchange for agreed promotional content.
Only services expressly confirmed in writing are included. Expenses such as visas, insurance, baggage, upgrades, personal purchases, additional nights and accompanying travellers must be addressed separately.
Any separately chargeable service outside the agreed scope requires advance agreement.
6. Creator Responsibilities
Participating creators agree to:
  • Provide accurate profile information and authentic audience statistics.
  • Disclose information that materially affects their suitability or availability.
  • Follow the agreed brief, publication schedule and content commitments.
  • Include agreed partner mentions, tags and links.
  • Provide publication links and agreed performance information where available.
  • Respect venue rules, local laws, safety requirements and other participants.
  • Notify us promptly of delays, booking issues or circumstances affecting delivery.
  • Ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for content they publish.
Content must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain misleading claims. A collaboration does not require a creator to express an opinion they do not honestly hold.
Advertising disclosures must comply with applicable law and platform requirements, including where services are provided free of charge or at a discount. Each party remains responsible for its own applicable obligations.
7. Partner Responsibilities
Participating partners agree to:
  • Provide accurate information about the services and experiences offered.
  • Clearly identify inclusions, restrictions, availability and additional charges.
  • Review proposed participants and briefs within agreed timeframes.
  • Deliver the services and arrangements they have confirmed.
  • Nominate an appropriate contact for project coordination.
  • Inform us promptly of material changes or operational issues.
  • Obtain any permissions required for activities or filming under their control.
Partners must not introduce additional deliverables, expenses or exclusivity requirements after confirmation without agreement from the affected parties.
8. Travel Arrangements and Third-Party Services
Flights, accommodation, transport and activities may be supplied by independent providers under their own applicable terms.
The project confirmation will identify the relevant providers and explain who is responsible for bookings, payments and coordination.
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and meeting applicable passport, visa, entry and health requirements. Any required insurance will be identified in the project arrangements; travellers should consider appropriate cover for their circumstances.
Our involvement in coordinating a project does not guarantee visa approval, entry permission or uninterrupted third-party services. However, nothing in these terms removes responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law, including any travel-related obligations that apply to the actual arrangement.
9. Content Rights and Use of Images
Creators retain ownership of their original content unless a separate agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Participation does not automatically grant Nova Global Influence or a partner unrestricted rights to download, edit, republish, sublicense or use content in paid advertising.
Any agreed licence should specify its scope, including:
  • The content covered.
  • Permitted platforms and uses.
  • Duration and territory.
  • Editing permissions and attribution.
  • Whether paid advertising or third-party use is permitted.
Use of a participant’s image, testimonial or materials in our own promotion must be covered by appropriate permission or another lawful basis.
Any exclusivity or restriction on working with other brands must be expressly agreed in writing.
10. Reporting and Project Results
We coordinate the collection of agreed publication links and available performance information.
Reporting may rely on statistics supplied by creators or made available by social media platforms. Metrics should be understood according to their source, reporting date and definition. Cumulative views do not necessarily represent unique individuals.
We do not guarantee a particular level of reach, engagement, bookings, sales or commercial return unless a specific commitment is expressly agreed in writing.
Results from previous projects are examples of past performance and do not guarantee future outcomes.
11. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Anyone who becomes aware of a circumstance affecting a confirmed project must notify the other relevant parties promptly.
Material changes to dates, participating creators, services, fees or content commitments require agreement from the affected parties. Replacement arrangements are subject to availability and approval.
Cancellation and refund conditions must be provided before a payment or binding commitment is made. They should explain:
  • What happens if a creator, partner or Nova Global Influence cancels.
  • How completed coordination work is treated.
  • Whether documented, non-recoverable third-party costs may be deducted.
  • Whether rescheduling or alternative arrangements are available.
  • How and when any refund will be processed.
These website terms do not make all payments automatically non-refundable. Any deductions or cancellation charges must comply with the agreed terms and applicable law.
Mandatory cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control
Projects may be affected by events beyond a party’s reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, security incidents or transport disruption.
The affected party should notify the others promptly and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. We will discuss practical alternatives where possible.
Such events do not automatically remove all contractual responsibilities or refund rights. The outcome will depend on the project agreement, the services delivered and applicable law.
13. Website Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs and other materials belong to Nova Global Influence or their respective owners and licensors.
You may view the website and share links to its pages. Reproduction or commercial use of protected materials requires permission, except where permitted by law.
Partner names and logos displayed on the website identify relevant experience or collaborations. Their inclusion does not, by itself, indicate an exclusive relationship or endorsement of all our services.
14. Responsibility and Liability
We are responsible for performing our agreed services with reasonable care and skill.
Each participant remains responsible for their own commitments and conduct. The involvement of independent providers does not exclude any responsibility we have for our own actions or under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any additional limitations appropriate to a business-to-business project must be expressly set out in its agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
15. Privacy and Third-Party Links
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our website may link to external websites, social media platforms and other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before using them.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
Updates do not retrospectively alter confirmed project agreements. Changes to an existing agreement require the appropriate notice and agreement, except where otherwise required by law.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
If a concern arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it promptly. This does not restrict your right to seek legal remedies or contact a competent authority.
