No Organisational Fee for Travel Partners

Our coordination services are provided without an organisational fee to travel partners. Your contribution consists of the agreed hosting or travel services. Any additional costs, who covers them, and the scope and timing of creator publications are agreed before confirmation.

  • Do you charge travel partners an organisational fee?
    No. We do not charge travel partners an organisational fee for our coordination services. Partners provide the hosting or travel services agreed for their part of the project. Any additional costs and who covers them are agreed in advance.
  • Do we need to cover the entire trip?
    No. Your contribution depends on your role in the collaboration. A hotel may provide accommodation and meals, while an airline or destination partner supports other parts of the journey. We agree on each partner’s contribution before confirmation.
  • Can we approve the creators before confirming?
    Yes. We share proposed creator profiles for your review. Participation is confirmed only after you approve the selection and the collaboration terms are agreed.
  • Can we work with creators from specific markets?
    Yes. Tell us which countries, languages and audience interests matter to you. We use these priorities to guide selection, subject to creator availability and project suitability.
  • What content and reporting will we receive?
    Publication formats, quantities, channels and timing are agreed before the project begins. Afterwards, we collect content links, screenshots where needed and available performance insights. Reach and engagement vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Can we reuse the creators’ content?
    Any reuse of creator content on your own channels, website or in advertising must be agreed separately. Tell us how you would like to use the material so we can discuss the relevant permissions with the creators.
  • How far in advance should we contact you?
    Get in touch as soon as you have an outline of the project, even if your dates are flexible. The time needed depends on creator availability, travel arrangements and the number of partners involved.
