Our Organisational Fee
Creators pay a fee for our work in arranging partnerships and coordinating the project. This supports the planning, communication and organisation behind your trip. The fee and payment terms are confirmed before you commit.
Partner-Provided Services
Depending on the project, partners may provide flights, accommodation, meals, transfers or experiences in exchange for agreed content. Each collaboration has its own inclusions, which we confirm with you before you travel.
Additional Travel Costs
Costs outside the agreed inclusions remain your responsibility. These may include visas, insurance, extra baggage, personal purchases or additional nights. Arrangements for accompanying guests are discussed and confirmed separately.

Create the Agreed Content
Deliver the agreed Reels, Stories, posts or other formats, covering the key experiences and messages in the brief while keeping your own voice and style.
Publish on Schedule
Follow the agreed publication timeline. If anything may affect your content or deadlines, let us know promptly so we can coordinate with the partners.
Credit Your Partners
Include the agreed account tags, mentions and links, and clearly disclose the collaboration using the appropriate platform tools and advertising labels.
Share Your Results
Send publication links and the agreed screenshots of available insights, such as views, reach, engagement and link taps, within the reporting timeframe.

  • Do I need to be a travel creator?
    Not necessarily. We also consider lifestyle, family, food, fashion and other creators whose content and audiences fit a travel project. The relevance of your audience and the quality of your storytelling matter alongside your content category.
  • How many followers do I need?
    Requirements vary by partner and project. We assess your audience demographics, recent views, engagement and content quality alongside your follower count. Share your profile so we can consider where there may be a suitable fit.
  • Are the trips fully funded?
    Creators pay an organisational fee for our coordination services. Partners may provide flights, accommodation or other experiences in exchange for agreed content. Inclusions vary, and any costs you would need to cover are confirmed before you accept a project.
  • Can I suggest a destination or travel dates?
    Yes. Tell us where and when you would like to travel. We’ll explore what may be possible based on your profile, partner interest and availability. Specific destinations, dates and partners cannot be guaranteed.
  • Can I travel with my partner or children?
    Accompanying guests may be possible, depending on the project. Let us know your planned travel party, including children’s ages, at the outset. Flights, accommodation and any additional costs for guests must be agreed separately.
  • What content will I need to publish?
    The formats, number of publications, partner mentions and deadlines are agreed before the trip. You’ll create content in your own style within the brief and provide publication links and available performance insights afterwards.
  • Do I need to send a media kit?
    You can include a link to your media kit if you have one, but it isn’t required for the initial application. We may request recent platform screenshots showing your audience demographics and content performance during the review.
  • Does applying guarantee a collaboration?
    No. Each project depends on a suitable match between the creator and the partner, as well as availability and partner approval. Your application helps us understand your profile and assess potential opportunities.
